Lypia only collects the following data:

• the user's email address;
• the number of tokens associated with the account.

Lypia does not collect analytics cookies, does not implement advertising tracking and does not perform behavioral tracking for marketing purposes.

3. Purposes and legal basis

The data is processed to:

• provide access to the Lypia service;
• manage the tokens available on the account;
• manage payments and subscriptions.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of the contract entered into with the user during registration or when purchasing a subscription or tokens.

4. Retention period

Data is retained for the duration of the subscription or use of the service, then for a maximum period of 3 years from the end of the contractual relationship, unless a legal obligation requires a different retention period.

Lypia uses the following processors to provide the service:

• Supabase, for the database and authentication;
• Stripe, for payment processing;
• D-ID, for AI video generation;
• Vercel, for application hosting.
