Refund Policy

1. General principle

Payments made on Lypia are strictly non-refundable. This policy applies to subscriptions, token packs and any other purchase made via Stripe.

2. Consumed tokens

Tokens consumed to generate a video are non-refundable. Once a generation has been launched or processed, the credits used are considered permanently consumed.

3. Subscriptions

Starter and Pro subscriptions are non-refundable after charge. In the event of cancellation, the user keeps access to the service until the end of the already paid period.

4. Technical exception

An exception may be reviewed only in the event of a proven technical error attributable to Lypia that fully prevents delivery of the paid service.
