1. Service publisher
The Lypia service is published by Lypia, a company located in Clermont-Ferrand, France, registered under SIRET number 98874970100013. Contact:contact@lyp-ia.com.
2. Access to the service
Use of Lypia is reserved for people aged at least 18. By creating an account or using the service, the user declares that they are at least 18 years old and have the required legal capacity.
3. Service description
Lypia makes it possible to generate videos using artificial intelligence and lip-sync technology. The user can select an AI actor, provide a script and generate a video synchronized with a voice or audio.
4. Tokens and plans
Lypia works with a credit system called tokens. Unless otherwise stated, 1 token equals 1 second of generated video.
- Starter: $17.99/month, including 143 tokens;
- Pro: $38/month, including 357 tokens.
Additional token packs may be offered to subscribed users.
5. Payment
Payments are processed exclusively via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Lypia does not directly collect or store bank card information.
6. Non-refundable policy
Token purchases and subscriptions are strictly non-refundable after purchase or charge, except in the event of a proven technical error attributable to Lypia.
7. Intellectual property
Subject to compliance with these terms and third-party rights, videos generated with Lypia belong to the user who created them.
8. Prohibited content
It is strictly prohibited to use Lypia to create or distribute:
- content depicting celebrities without authorization;
- non-consensual deepfakes;
- illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful content or content infringing third-party rights.
9. Termination
The user may cancel their subscription at any time. Access to the service remains available until the end of the already paid period. No prorated refund is issued.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of Clermont-Ferrand shall have sole jurisdiction, unless a mandatory legal provision states otherwise.
